What Do You Know About Lung Cancer And Smoking?

I think it is unbelievable to find a smoker that aren't aware of the dangers of smoking. Wherever you are I guarantee you have no chance to forget how bad smoking is for you. Let's face it if you haven't received the message by now you never will. I think by now we all know that lung cancer, in the majority of cases is caused by smoking and not just to those people over 65 years of age or those with a genetic heritage.

Contrary to popular belief, one cigarette can be dangerous and leave traces on your lungs for more than 30 days. That's just one cigarette, I fear to imagine how severe the damage is with one entire pack. We're talking some serious harm here. So, if you're still on the fence about smoking, I think it's time for you to read a few past articles on lung cancer.  I couldn't tolerate it anymore knowing that all studies have been done and the information easily available and I chose to ignore it! It has never been so easy to prevent conditions before they occur by being informed and taking necessary steps. There are some medical conditions that once highlighted the individual will take appropriate action but this isn't generally the case with smoking.

Some individuals just need a scare before they can jump on the smoke-free bandwagon. It seems that it's only when they are diagnosed with lung cancer, they start to look at the lung cancer articles seriously. Apparently even having cancer of the throat doesn't hold some smokers from smoking. One of the most strange things I've ever seen is a person smoking through the hole cut out of his throat. The term ‘cancer stick' really does mean something when you get to situation where smoking is literally killing you and you still can't give up smoking.

Smokers may choose to ignore the evidence and the health problem related to smoking. But lung cancer is not going away and it may opt not to ignore you! There's just too much evidence and information on asthma and bronchitis that indicate smoking is the root cause. Passive smokers are not exempted although they don't smoke. If you stop now, you may not be forced to give up smoking later when it could be too late.

And then there is one more thought. How are you going to overcome the urge to smoke? I suppose it is right to answer that most smokers have successfully kick the habit of smoking with FinalSmoke. You don't have to worry about the urge for nicotine when you are on the course. This complete program will guarantee that you will become a former smoker if you follow it to the dot. Perhaps, however, some among you will be doubtful. But what damage will you forsee if you look at FinalSmoke first before making any judgment.
